For years the routine for the teen group’s Easter sunrise service was the same: Read some poems, sing the same songs again, and hurry through the program to get to the Easter sunrise breakfast! But this year Pastor Tim had a different idea. He left three unusual articles on a table and asked the teens to describe how they all related to Easter. Then he asked THEM to write the service!

The teens didn’t know what to think at first. But soon they wrote a script for a powerful service. They compared two traitors – Peter and Judas – and showed how one spent eternity in hell and the other in heaven. The listener will be challenged with a decision – what will they do with Jesus and His grace?

The story can be done with five speakers. It includes eight songs sung by choir with some optional solos and duets.
